She has guided me every step of the way. She is knowledgeable about products and contractor processes, is very detail oriented (super important when half an inch can make such a difference), creative and customer focused. She is a terrific designer, not only because she 'knows her stuff', but she listens to the client, provides valuable solutions, and responds to questions or dilemmas right away.
