Calling all contractors!

We would like to invite the principal owner/owners of your company to a very

September is Bargain Bin month at Niece Lumber

Throughout the entire month of September all Bargain Bin items with be
reduced by 50%. The errors of our industry can add a touch of elegance to
any home. Everything from interior doors to Marvin Windows, take 50% off the
ticketed price. Full payment is required for any items that you want us to
hold, these must then be picked up by the end of September. Standard
delivery charges applicable to all bargain bin items.

Don't get caught up in outdated quotes!

Not a day goes by that we aren't emailed or faxed memos regarding material
price increases. Please be mindful of these increases, some of which are
sudden. We will try and make every effort to inform you of these increases.
We will honor all quotes for 30 days per our company policy. Please speak
with our sales staff if you have quotes older than 30 days to see if any
changes in price have occurred. Most sudden price increases are incurred on
the building material side of the business; most millwork price increases
are announced months in advance and usually occur at the start of a fiscal
year.
